1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gaffr at gaffr.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

gaffr is a Fantasy Premier League management tool that provides squad building, player analysis, season tracking, and strategic recommendations. gaffr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club.

gaffr relies on data from the unofficial Fantasy Premier League API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data. The service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future, which will be subject to separate terms.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use gaffr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use gaffr for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from gaffr without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of gaffr
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5. Advertising

gaffr may display third-party advertisements in the future. Advertisements are clearly labelled and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. We will not allow advertising that is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate. Your use of advertised products or services is at your own risk and subject to those providers' own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within gaffr (including the gaffr name and corner flag logo) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of gaffr without our express written permission.

Player names, club names, and FPL data are the intellectual property of their respective owners. gaffr uses this data under the terms of the Fantasy Premier League API.

7. Disclaimers

gaffr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis or recommendations will result in improved FPL performance. All scoring, recommendations, and analysis are algorithmic and should be used as one input among many — not as definitive advice.

We are not responsible for any FPL points lost or decisions made based on information provided by gaffr.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gaffr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of gaffr shall not exceed £50.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of gaffr at any time. We may also update these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
